HVAC - Field Supervisor for Service Department
Cousins Air is a leading HVAC service provider in South Florida, specializing in custom luxury homes. We are seeking a dedicated HVAC - Field Supervisor for our Service Department. This role involves supervising a team to ensure the accurate and efficient installation of top-of-the-line air conditioning equipment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems in custom luxury homes.
- Maintain effective communication with dispatch, management, and technicians.
- Ensure company vehicles are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary tools and parts are available.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Assist in obtaining necessary certifications, with company support.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of AC installations, service, and ductwork.
- Ability to train and mentor employees on best practices.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Willingness to pursue further certifications as needed.
