As a Physical Therapist, you’ll provide hands-on care and develop customized rehabilitation programs to help patients regain movement, reduce pain, and restore independence. You’ll be part of a patient-centered team committed to delivering excellent care and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individual care plans

• Implement therapeutic interventions, exercises, and modalities

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize recovery

• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and wellness

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program

• BLS certification

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
