Jr Staff Accountant
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Staff Accountant at ISTITUTO MARANGONI MIAMI, located in Miami, FL. The Junior Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, Quickbooks, CRMs, G-suite
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Provide Virtual Student Financial Calls - as part of the Student Finance Team
- Ability to prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records with and for CFO
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Experience in the education or fashion industry is a plus
- Bilingual Preferred
