Estamos buscando un Parrillero de Carne con experiencia y pasión por las técnicas de cocción a la parrilla para un importante restaurante especializado en carnes en Estados Unidos. Si te apasiona la parilla, los tiempos de cocción y trabajr con conrtes de carne ¡queremos conocerte!
Requisitos:
Experiencia o conocimientos previos como parrillero (Deseable)
Conocimiento en cortes y tipos de carnes (Deseable)
Buena comunicación y trabajo en equipo
Rol:
Preparar y cocinar carnes a la parrilla según los estándares del restaurante
Controlar los puntos de cocción
Mantener limpieza, orden y normas de seguridad en su estación
