About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned culinary professional with strong production skills and a polished, steady presence in luxury dining environments. This role supports daily kitchen operations while leading aviation orders, catering events, and private dining engagements.

It’s ideal for someone who enjoys:

• writing and executing fine dining menus,
• and direct guest interaction at select events.

What You’ll Do

Aviation Dining

• Prepare high-quality meals for private aviation clients
• Execute last-minute or short-notice orders with accuracy
• Maintain brand quality in presentation and packaging

Catering

• Lead or support kitchen production for small and large events
• Collaborate on prep lists and event workflow
• Ensure consistent flavor, quality, and execution

Private Dining

• Create memorable in-home dining experiences
• Represent the brand professionally in polished environments
• Adjust menus to client preferences when appropriate

Kitchen Operations

• Work collaboratively with the team on daily production
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces
• Support ordering and inventory needs
• Write weekly customized menus for clients

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 10+ years professional cooking experience (restaurant, luxury hotel, yacht, private residence, aviation catering, or premium catering)
• Strong execution skills in both production and intimate settings
• Fluent in prep methodology and clean, organized kitchen practices
• Comfortable with short lead times and tight event logistics
• Familiarity with premium plating and packaging standards

• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset
• Plans ahead to stay organized and prepared
• Comfortable interacting with guests when needed
• Reliable, solution-oriented, and consistent
• Extremely detailed oriented in all aspects of their role

Compensation

• Full-time hours (30+ hours/week)
• Additional earning potential through:
• Commission on new business you bring in
