Mead Construction, Inc. is expanding and growing, and we’re looking to add a High-End Executive Assistant to strengthen our leadership team. This is a high-impact role that provides direct support to the President and Project Managers, ensuring that company goals, projects, and daily operations run seamlessly.
We are seeking a candidate with exceptional professionalism, organizational expertise, and problem-solving ability—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and takes pride in ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President and Project Managers.
- Manage complex calendars and keep leadership on task.
- Coordinate conference calls, meetings, and travel (domestic & international).
- Attend meetings (in person or virtual), prepare accurate notes and meeting agenda, transcribe minutes of the meeting, and follow up on action items.
- Welcome and host visitors with professionalism.
- Handle calls with courtesy, discretion, and efficiency.
- Oversee and train clerical staff when needed.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant (construction/operations background preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Confidence in decision-making, logic-based problem solving, and prioritization.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and self-motivation.
- Professional demeanor at all times.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.
