Restaurant General Manager - Fresh Fast Casual

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Fresh Fast Casual location in Miami. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations and create memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional service quality. You will collaborate with a talented team to implement innovative strategies that elevate our brand and enhance customer satisfaction. Our competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 annually reflects our commitment to recognizing and rewarding exceptional leadership in the restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and increase profitability
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Collaborate with marketing to promote restaurant offerings and specials
- Prepare and manage the restaurant budget, forecasts, and reports
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in casual dining
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with restaurant management software systems
