What You'll Do:

• Prepare organized, highly accurate cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for custom projects, owner selections, and change orders.
• Lead procurement strategies to meet budget and schedule goals.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and trades for optimal pricing, terms, and quality.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with subcontractors, some going back decades.
• Create and track purchase orders, submittals, and project documentation in alignment with milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects, and Clients to bring clarity, value, and excellence to every detail.
• Assist with invoicing and inclusion in draw schedules, track ASIs, and ensure procurement compliance.

What You Bring:

• 5-10+ years' experience in residential construction estimating or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of luxury construction materials, finishes, and vendors.
• Keen eye for detail, well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Sage 100 (preferred), and ideally Procore.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• A team-player mindset with exceptional communication and vendor management skills.
• Local residency in Sarasota or Manatee County is required .
