FRESH START SALES EXECUTIVE
Our "well established" Company is seeking a motivated, forward-thinking, and quality focused personnel to perform Sales / Account Acquisitions for Fresh Start Maintenance Inc.

Duties:
A) Complete general contract acquisition of accounts and work together with existing management staff. Job position will consist of running consultations discussing goals and aesthetic preferences with clients, assisting in the designs of said projects (or providing sufficient data to other designers to generate renderings/blueprints from your consultation), building relationships with residential and commercial clients, and management of the final landscape installation. Our company has innovative proprietary technology to help you succeed in all facets of your responsibilities. We are looking for experienced and motivated applicants who are not just looking for a 9 to 5 but want a company that they can grow with and will reward them based on the merits of their work. Work / Experience Requirements Sales Experience in the Landscaping Industry Landscape (installation) Designer or Estimator Experience Mastery of Knowledge in Landscape Industry and practical experience (Knowledge of landscape installation processes, ability to perform quality control checks, knowledge of plant material species, products, installation, and care Valid state drivers license with good driving record Clean-cut and presentable personal appearance.

Monetary Pay: This is a salaried position based on a 5-day work week (M-F).
Office Hours: Monday & Friday (8:30AM 4:30PM)
Field Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (8:30AM 4:30PM)

Commission Pay:
- 10% recurring commission on all reoccurring sales. For example: If you sign on $10,000.00 per month in reoccurring maintenance accounts, you will receive a $1,000.00 commission check each month, for the duration that you are employed with Fresh Start Maintenance Inc. and we hold the account.

Vehicle:
- A non-take home Company Vehicle and fuel card will be provided.
