About the Role:

As a Team Member/Sales Person at DADDYS SMOKE SHOP LLC (DSSL), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within a dynamic retail environment. Your primary focus will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on our diverse product offerings. You will contribute to maintaining an organized, welcoming, and compliant store atmosphere that aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets and support daily operational tasks. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legal age to sell tobacco products as per local and state regulations.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a tobacco or specialty shop environment.
• Familiarity with tobacco products, accessories, and related regulations.
