Advanced Air Florida is hiring a full-time HVAC Services Installation Coordinator to save the day by coordinating installation jobs and personnel and ordering necessary equipment and materials in Fort Myers, FL . This position comes with a competitive pay of $18-$22/hour that is based on experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SERVICES INSTALLATION COORDINATOR

As an HVAC Services Installation Coordinator, you make it your mission to provide help for our field techs by accurately coordinating installation jobs and personnel, and providing all necessary materials and equipment to ensure jobs get done on time and with accuracy! In addition, you work with vendors to make supply orders as needed and are sure to make returns on any overage stock. In addition to making sure our warehouse and jobs are running seamlessly, you also interact with clients to ensure they are satisfied and have their questions/concerns answered and resolved. You are happy to provide information on extended warranties and customer rebates as well. Ultimately, you get great satisfaction working with both our top-notch installation crew as well as our customer base ensuring that we are providing quality services and support for both our team and loyal customers!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience of 2+ years
• Solid computer skills
• Min/max levels and barcoding understanding
