The Opportunity
As part of the Project Portfolio Management team, you will lead portfolio-level planning and governance for AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while overseeing multiple projects and maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to champion responsible AI practices and represent the transformation agenda to firm leadership and external stakeholders, making a significant impact on the firm's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the governance and planning for portfolio-level initiatives focused on AI and digital transformation

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience managing enterprise-scale programs or portfolios in technology, digital, or transformation environments

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
