Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Support Recovery: Assist in evaluating residents and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Empower Independence: Guide residents through therapeutic activities that promote strength, function, and confidence in daily living.
- Deliver Compassionate Care: Monitor progress and support residents as they work toward rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with a Purpose: Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional outcomes for every resident.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of privacy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Licensure: Active Florida COTA license (required).
- Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus—but we welcome passionate new grads too!
