Automotive Biller

Krause Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized MULTISTORE Automotive Biller to join our team in West Palm, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing billing and invoicing for automotive services, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE!

Responsibilities

• Process and generate accurate invoices for automotive services and repairs.


• Verify billing information and resolve any discrepancies quickly and efficiently.


• Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding billing inquiries and payment status.


• Maintain up-to-date records of all billing and payment transactions.


• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collection and reconciliation of payments.


• Assist with accounts receivable and related administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in billing or accounting preferred.


• Previous experience in automotive billing, invoicing, or a related field is a plus.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
