Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support a leading logistics and building materials company in Tampa. work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day administrative functions including scheduling, answering phones, and supporting service technicians.
• Process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Utilize systems such as SAP (preferred), QuickBooks, or other accounting/ERP software.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to ensure accurate documentation and workflow.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and dependability.

Qualifications
• strong administrative support background.
• SAP or ERP system experience a plus.
• Light accounting experience preferred.
• bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Must be comfortable in an industrial environment.
