Personal Injury Intake Specialist

About the Job:

• Responsible for answering all intake calls and completing intake questions with clients, as well as providing high levels of customer service.
• Required to send email to the supervisor, and other intake specialists on every intake call for follow-up. Include attorneys if the cases are catastrophic, or if an attorney’s opinion is needed.
• Verify insurance coverage.
• Follow up with the client regarding status of property damage.
• Insurance verification.
