Job Duties:

• Prefer familiarity with Chartswap, Datavant, MRO, Sharecare.
• Prefer experience or knowledge with gathering information from insurance and medical providers.
• Contact medical providers in order to update treatment and billing information.
• Request medical records and billing from ambulance, hospitals and treating providers.
• Prepare heath insurance lien letters and requesting lien logs.
• Request PIP and Med Pay logs from insurance carriers.
• Request property damage documents from insurance carriers to include estimates and photographs.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Have good time management skills.
• Communicate proactively with assigned case managers and documenting all actions within the case management system.
• Comfortable with extensive phone usage in order to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Prefer a candidate who has been working in a pre-suit personal injury position with at least 1 year of experience.
• Prefer to have an understanding and experience with PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims.
• Great customer service, verbal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to multitask in a team environment.
• Bilingual is a plus, Spanish.

What We Offer:

• Includes base salary range of $35,000 - $45,000.
• 1-week vacation after six months of employment.
• 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.
• 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
• 6 federal holidays off per year.
• 6 personal/sick days per year.
• $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
