Job Title: Autodesk/AutoCAD Retail Design Application Developer
Primary Location: Sunrise, FL (Onsite)

Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for an Autodesk Retail Design Application Developer . This is a 12 month plus contract onsite in Sunrise, FL . This position exists to support retail store planning and fixture design initiatives by leveraging Autodesk tools and delivering end-to-end application solutions in partnership with business and design teams.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 8+ years of overall professional experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) in retail/store planning or fixture design

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and design teams

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive work from requirements through delivery

• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus

• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

• Experience in retail environments, including store layout and merchandising fixtures (preferred)

What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and design teams to gather and refine requirements

• Own the full solution lifecycle: requirements, design, development, delivery, and client demos

• Develop and implement application solutions using Autodesk tools to support retail store planning and fixture design

• Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs and timelines

• Present solutions and conduct demos for clients and stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into effective technical and design solutions

• Adapt to flexible schedules based on project demands

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is 40-45/hr , depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
