6:15 AM: Hit the warehouse, everything's staged and ready 6:45 AM: Load the truck, review today's install with your team 7:45 AM: Arrive at customer's home - introduce yourself like the pro you are 12:00 PM: Lunch break while adhesive sets 2:30 PM: Keep customer informed on progress and accessory placement 3:30 PM: Final walkthrough with thrilled homeowner 4:00 PM: Upload completion photos, wrap up another quality install

YOUR GROWTH PATH IS REAL

• Year 1: Installer learning our systems
• Year 2: Lead Installer running your own installs
• Year 3+: Team Lead with increased responsibility
• Beyond: Installation Manager

YOU'RE OUR PERFECT FIT IF YOU:

• Have plumbing & carpentry experience (preferred but will train the right person)
• 1+ years in construction/home improvement
• Experience with acrylic shower/bath systems is a PLUS
• Follow proven systems and procedures to ensure consistency
• Maintain clean, safe jobsites
• Solve problems instead of creating them
• Actually care if the customer is happy
• Ready to travel occasionally to serve Florida homeowners
• Have a valid Driver's License & can pass background/drug screening
• Bring a strong work ethic and team player mentality
