Summary:
A Bilingual Spanish Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact, providing professional front-desk service in both English and Spanish to clients, visitors, and staff. Key duties include answering/routing calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls, and greet visitors, in both English and Spanish.
- Front Desk Management: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and manage visitor logs.
- Administration: Assist with data entry, mail distribution, and office duties.
- Support: Provide translation services for documents or conversations when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Language: Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
- Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Attributes: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Accounting: Knowledge a plus
Typical Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a professional office environment.
