Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations
of our aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the clinic runs
smoothly, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving business growth while
supporting the clinical team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient experience.
- Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
- Implement and maintain clinic policies, procedures, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by developing marketing strategies and ensuring achievement of targets.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in clinic management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of aesthetics treatments and industry regulations is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a clinical or aesthetics setting.
