Customer Service Representative (Service BDC)

Beaver Chevrolet is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Service Business Development Center (BDC) team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers — scheduling appointments, answering inbound calls, following up on service inquiries, and delivering the kind of "Wow-Ya!" experience that sets us apart.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls for service inquiries and appointment scheduling
- Make outbound calls to follow up on missed appointments, declined services, and routine maintenance reminders
- Accurately schedule service appointments using dealership software
- Maintain communication with service advisors and customers to ensure a seamless experience
- Respond to online service inquiries and manage appointment requests via text/email platforms
- Track and log customer interactions in the CRM system
- Assist with customer satisfaction follow-ups after service visits
- Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service in every interaction
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Previous experience in a call center, BDC, or dealership service environment preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRM software and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, customer-first attitude with a professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
