Job Summary

You will perform all leasing office functions including tours, application processing, sales/closing, resident communication, and supporting occupancy goals. This role requires strong customer service skills, confidence in closing, and full fair housing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging property tours and close prospective residents
• Maintain occupancy through follow‑ups, renewals, and lead management
• Ensure full compliance with fair housing laws and company policies
• Stay knowledgeable about the local rental market and competitors
• Process applications, prepare move‑in files, and support daily office operations

Requirements

Required:

• Previous apartment leasing experience
• Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage tours, calls, and administrative tasks
• Professional communication and reliability
• Experience with property management systems
• Local market knowledge
