Position: Remote Travel Nurse Trainer – Licensed RN or APRN
Type: Full-Time, Travel Nursing
Who You Are
You are a licensed nurse with a passion for aesthetics and education. You thrive in a remote-first environment but enjoy connecting with staff in person to mentor and train.
Your Role
During your first two weeks, you will be on-site at a spa to familiarize yourself with all procedures, treatments, equipment, and products
You will create training materials, including modules, for ongoing staff education
You will conduct remote training sessions and occasional on-site mentorship (20% travel)
You will work with leadership to improve training programs and ensure consistency across locations
What We Require
Active RN or APRN license
Experience in aesthetic or medical spa nursing
Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally
