Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls, call center inquiries, and the company contact email
• Collect, verify, and distribute customer information to appropriate departments
• Maintain accurate records, notes, and tracking in company spreadsheets and systems
• Prepare, send, and monitor customer contracts using the company’s online platform
• Verify warranty information through the Seakeeper Partner Center
• Provide timely, professional communication with customers via phone and email
• Escalate customer concerns, payment issues, or process challenges to management as needed
• Use required company software, applications, and communication tools consistently

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience or equivalent
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting based in Pensacola, FL
• Flexibility to assist with special projects, events, or boat shows as needed
• Two (2) years of experience working with spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Clean driving record
