OT Therapy Team Leader
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated OT Therapy Team Leader to oversee our dynamic occupational therapy team within our network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. This role is pivotal in managing and advancing therapeutic care, tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients recovering from significant injuries or illnesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding the occupational therapy team, ensuring high standards of care, and contributing to the interdisciplinary treatment plans in alignment with our mission to provide a higher level of comprehensive rehabilitation.
