Pride Health is hiring a HR Service Center Rep to support our client’s medical facility in Tampa ​​​​​​​, FL . This is a 3+ month contract with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Title: HR Service Center Rep

Location: Tampa FL 33617

Pay Rate: $17 - $19/hr. on W2.

Shift: Monday thru Frida y 9:30am - 6pm

Duration: 3+ Months

*Pay Rate is based on experience and educational qualifications.

Key Duties:

• Manage high call volumes in a call center

• Respond promptly and accurately to employee inquiries

• Review employee data to resolve issues

• Escalate complex issues appropriately

• Maintain accurate case records and confidential files

• Follow protocols and ensure compliance with laws and company policies

• Provide excellent, courteous customer service

• Perform other assigned duties

Experience:
1-2 years in HR administration and/or call center environment

Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiar with call center metrics and HR systems (HRIS, ATS)

• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; typing speed of 45+ wpm

• Fluent in English

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred

Preferred:
Transcription and open enrollment support experience
