Lifeguard Manager Instructor
Lifeguard Managers ensure the safety of guests and crew members who use the swimming pools, water slides, and surfing simulators on board. A Lifeguard Manager manages the lifeguard program, oversees safe and on-time pool operations, and conducts the daily inspections of all recreational water facilities. A bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university, college, or the international equivalent is required. Preferred candidates are those with at least three years’ experience as Red Cross, IAM StarGuard Elite, or JEM lifeguards; or three years’ management experience in a sports education field; or as lifeguard/swimming instructors.
