Unity Tax Partners is a fast-growing income tax software and financial products provider supporting independent tax professionals nationwide. We are looking for an energetic, driven Sales & Support Representative who can thrive in a rapid environment, take ownership, and deliver a great client experience from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Onboard new tax offices using our software and financial products

• Make outgoing calls to prospects and follow up with leads

• Handle incoming calls from current clients and resolve support questions

• Guide clients through setup, training, and best practices

• Work closely with our sales, support, and onboarding teams to keep clients moving smoothly

• Step up during peak season with extended or occasional weekend hours

What We’re Looking For

• High energy and strong people skills

• Proven ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-moving environment

• No hesitation to make or take calls all day

• Flexibility during tax season when support demand spikes

• Comfort learning new software systems

• A positive, team-focused attitude with zero corporate ego

• Bilingual gets an extra $5 an hour if you speak Spanish
