Customer Service Representative / Media Support
Customer Service Duties:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and address recurring issues.
- Provide product information and support to customers as needed.
Media Support Duties:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for promotional materials, social media, and events.
- Edit and enhance media content to ensure it aligns with brand standards.
- Assist in the creation of engaging social media posts and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute media strategies.
- Stay updated on media trends and techniques to improve content quality.
