We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Representative to support a leading hydration brand in retail stores across your local market. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with store managers, ensuring product availability and shelf presence, setting up eye-catching displays, and executing in-store sampling events to drive sales and brand awareness. You’ll manage a daily route of accounts, track performance through digital tools like REPSLY, and act as the face of the brand in both large and small format retail environments. This is a fast-paced, field-based role perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys working directly with retail partners, and has a passion for health-forward beverage brands.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or merchandising required
 - Sales experience in the CPG/beverage industry highly preferred
 - Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check required
 - Strong knowledge of your local market and retail landscape required
 Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends required
Comfortable working in a field-based role with 95% of time spent visiting retail stores
Proven ability to self-manage workload and maintain consistent communication
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot in real time
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (both verbal and written)
Energetic and confident when interacting with store teams, consumers, and stakeholders
Basic computer skills and comfort using tools like Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (REPSLY experience a plus)
Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and adapt to a variety of store environments (e.g., cold vaults, tight spaces, stairs)
Open-minded, adaptable, and excited to represent a fast-growing hydration brand in the market
-  Account Management (80%)
- Build strong relationships with store teams and distributors, ensure products are fully stocked and well-placed, maintain shelf rotation and freshness, and set up eye-catching displays. Secure and execute in-store sampling activations to drive consumer engagement and product trial. Manage a daily route of 14+ accounts, focusing on maximizing visibility and sales within budget, adjusting based on market needs and performance goals.
 
 -  Sampling Activations (15%)
- Plan and execute in-store sampling events to drive awareness and boost sales. Represent Green House and the brand professionally while securing additional product displays as part of each activation.
 
 -  Administrative & Reporting (5%)
- Track store visits, performance metrics, and provide daily updates in REPSLY system, submit regular expense reports bi-weekly, and collaborate with program stakeholders to share insights and opportunities from the field. Participate in regular check-ins, virtual meetings, and provide retail visit feedback to the Program Manager.
 
 
***This is currently a 5-month assignment (November 1st goal start date) with a chance of extension based on performance and client needs. If the assignment ends, our team will make every effort to prioritize your placement on another assignment. ***
Compensation:- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
 - Bonus Opportunity: 10% annually
 - Auto Allowance: $600 monthly
 - Communication Allowance: $150 monthly
 - Wellness Benefit: $50 monthly
