Bilingual Front/Back Office Administrator
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities ***Must be Fluent in English and Spanish*** Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process incoming customer orders with accuracy
- Enter and track orders within an ERP system
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and maintain documentation including order confirmations, invoices, and records
- Support general administrative and back-office functions
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or order processing
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, or similar preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
