Bilingual Front/Back Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized bilingual Office Administrator / Customer Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of information across departments. Apply today! work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

***Must be Fluent in English and Spanish***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process incoming customer orders with accuracy

  • Enter and track orders within an ERP system

  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment

  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and delivery timelines

  • Prepare and maintain documentation including order confirmations, invoices, and records

  • Support general administrative and back-office functions

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or order processing

  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment

  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, or similar preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
