Commercial Title Closer

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Coordinate the end-to-end closing process for high-value commercial files.
- Document Preparation: Draft and audit critical closing instruments, including ALTA Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures (CD), and Warranty Deeds.
- Financial Oversight: Manage escrow accounts, including the secure receipt of earnest money and accurate disbursement of funds post-closing.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the central point of contact for lenders, brokers, buyers, and attorneys to ensure a transparent closing experience.
- Compliance: Review title commitments, satisfy requirements, and facilitate the timely recording of legal documents with county offices.
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated commercial closing experience (Law firm background highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in real estate closing software (e.g., Qualia, DoubleTime) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge: Expert understanding of Florida commercial real estate laws and title insurance standards.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a "Business Professional" appearance and demeanor in a high-stakes legal environment.
