Field Services Engineer

We’re hiring a hands-on Project Field Engineer to support large frame gas turbine outages and field service work across the U.S.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field and wants to take ownership of turbine projects from inspection through execution.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead on-site execution during gas turbine outages
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
• Support startup, commissioning, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate field crews, technicians, and contractors
• Act as the main point of contact between customer, field teams, and engineering
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Develop technical reports and outage documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Gas turbine / power generation experience
• Large frame turbine experience preferred (7FA, 7EA, 9FA, 501F, 501G)
• Background in outages, inspections, overhauls, or commissioning
• Strong troubleshooting and field leadership skills
• Ability to travel 100% and work flexible schedules
Nice to Have:
• Experience with GE, Siemens, or Mitsubishi turbines
• Controls familiarity (Mark VIe, T3000, etc.)
• Primavera or MS Project experience
