Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, individualized care focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall function. This role involves evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional training, and use of modalities as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
- Stay current on best practices through continuing education and professional development.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
