Summary:

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by selling our solutions to contractors. This role manages the full sales cycle, partners cross-functionally to deliver customer value, and is accountable for meeting defined activity, pipeline, and revenue metrics. The ideal candidate is a data and results-driven self-starter with a consultative mind set and experience selling technology-enabled services in a fast paced, high growth environment. .

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop territory plans that drive pipeline growth and new revenue opportunities.
  • Research target accounts, identify key decision makers, generate interest, and uncover customer pain points and close new deals.
  • Consistently achieve activity – based KPI’s, including outbound outreach volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
  • Track and convert leads through the full sales funnel, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Maintain and update CRM data ensuring all sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline updates are accurately recorded.
  • Monitor market conditions and emerging trends to adapt sales strategies and messaging to improve win rates.
  • Effectively educate prospects and customers on the company’s value proposition and virtual inspection solutions.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed records of all sales activities in the company’s CRM to support forecasting, pipeline visibility and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, and Customer Service teams to communicate market trends, customer challenges, and solution opportunities that improve close rates and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with equivalent work experience.
  • 5 plus years of demonstrated software or tech enabled services sales; preferably B2B
  • Experience selling to home builders and/or contractors highly preferred.
  • Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology highly preferred .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment, develop and build relationships and manage pipeline and forecasting .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Data driven with a strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet turnaround deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot) including pipeline management, reporting, workflow automation and maintaining data accuracy
  • Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and continuous learning.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any direct reports.

Travel:
This position may require up to 25% of travel.
