CDL-A Truck Driver Dry Van

365Freightusa is seeking CDL-A truck drivers, including recent graduates and experienced truck driver professionals, to operate late-model equipment across the contiguous United States. This opportunity provides paid training for new drivers, competitive pay, regular home time, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Position type: CDL-A truck driver (recent graduates and experienced drivers)
• Operating area: All 48 states
• Equipment: Late-model Freightliner Cascadia, fully equipped

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate company tractor-trailer as a professional truck driver in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Complete assigned miles and routes, typically averaging up to 2,500 miles per week.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic vehicle maintenance reporting.
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and electronic logging device (ELD) records as required.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and terminal personnel to ensure on-time deliveries.

Compensation and schedule

• Starting pay: 55¢ per mile (starting rate)
• Paid training for recent graduates: $650 per week for each week completed, up to 4 weeks
• Paid orientation and travel to the terminal
• Average mileage expectations: up to 2,500 miles per week
• Home time: every two weeks for two full days

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license
