We’re hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in our Southpoint clinic and support pediatric clients in a collaborative, clinician-led setting.

You’ll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children find their voice, improve language skills, and thrive through evidence-based, individualized care.

What You’ll Do:
SLP Duties (High-Level):

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for pediatric speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
• Design and implement evidence-based, individualized care plans
• Partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and a balanced caseload using Raintree EMR

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
• Feeding experience required
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
