We’re building a strong moving team for busy season — and we’re looking for reliable, hard-working people who want consistent work, strong pay, and a path to leadership.

This is not a typical job. It’s physical, team-based, and performance-driven.

All new hires start as a Wingman. Leadership roles are earned through reliability, work ethic, and results.

If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in doing things the right way, you will advance here.

Pay & Benefits

1. Wingman: $15/hr + tips
2. Crew Leader (Captain – promoted from within): $17/hr + tips + performance bonuses
3. Realistic earnings: $20–$28/hr

What You’ll Do

1. Work on residential and commercial moving jobs
2. Safely move furniture and household goods
3. Support a 2–4 person crew
4. Deliver professional customer service
5. Protect homes, property, and equipment

This is physical work. We need teamwork and accountability.

Advancement Path

To become a Crew Leader, you must demonstrate:

1. Consistent punctuality
2. Zero preventable damage
3. Strong customer feedback
4. Leadership by example

Leadership is earned.

Requirements

1. 18+ years old
2. Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
3. Comfortable with physical work and long shifts
4. Reliable transportation
5. Professional attitude and communication
6. Valid driver’s license (required for promotion)
7. Eligible to work in the U.S.
8. Able to pass background screening

Weekend availability preferred (peak season includes Saturdays).

Preferred:

1. Athletic or physically demanding work background
2. Team or leadership experience

Not a Fit If You:

1. Struggle with attendance or being on time
2. Want occasional or inconsistent work only
3. Avoid accountability
