Experienced Dog Trainer

- At least 1 year balanced dog training experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training services according to company standards.
- Conduct private lessons, group classes, and board & train programs.
- Identify training challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate regularly with clients about training progress via phone, email, and social media updates.
- Provide lifetime graduate support and ongoing client follow-ups.
- Maintain strong client relationships and support retention.
- Represent the brand professionally in the community through events and partnerships.
- Support local outreach efforts and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent training quality.
- Train dogs ranging from basic obedience to behavior modification and reactive or aggressive behaviors.
Training & Experience:
- At least 1 year balanced dog training experience is required.
- Completion of The Dog Wizard Academy Experienced Dog Trainer Track is required.
- 100% of training costs covered by the company with a one-year employment commitment.
- Online training completed before hands-on training.
