Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our warehouse for a leading holiday outdoor decor company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, logistics coordination, team leadership, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and organize warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
• Check orders against inventory and ensure timely fulfillment
• Source inventory from other warehouses or purchase as needed
• Manage and execute warehouse transfers
• Schedule and oversee refurbishment of products to ensure quality standards
• Perform regular quality checks on refurbished items
• Track hours and labor for refurbishment jobs
• Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks
• Print tickets and prepare trucks for installation and takedown jobs
• Check trucks back in and conduct a final review of paperwork for installations and takedowns
• Manage and lead the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Develop Warehouse Supervisor for a future management role
• Enter data accurately into systems including Sage, Smartsheet, and Excel
• Order products and supplies as needed to meet operational demands

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant warehouse management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Sage, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
• Ability to work nights or weekends during peak holiday season
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
