Position Overview:

The Restaurant Manager will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Working alongside a strong leadership team, you will oversee team performance, maintain high standards in food and service quality, and drive the restaurant's continued success.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in the restaurant industry (2+ years in a salaried management role preferred).
• Background in casual dining or high-volume establishments is a strong plus.
• Strong operational knowledge, including managing P&L, training, and team development.
• Ability to relocate or commit to a 7-week comprehensive training program out-of-state (expenses paid).
• A proactive, results-oriented leader passionate about creating a positive culture for both staff and guests.
