Job Title: Production Quality Administrator

Location: Clearwater, FL

Employment: 6month contract

Industry: Manufacturing, Satellites

Compensation: $20 - $21/ hour

Schedule: 6-4:30 Mon- Thurs

• Perform quality reviews (Final visual inspection, test data, and process inspection records).
• Assist with Supplier Quality initiatives, including the utilization of quality equipment inclusive of measurement systems, microscopes and x-ray.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the disposition of non-conforming products, the creation of Non-Conforming Product Reports (NCPR) and support the maintenance of the TipQA non-conformance software as needed.
• Assist with the Corrective and Preventive Action process.
• Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing improvements to the quality system.
• Create, maintain, or revise specialized quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, inspection forms, etc.).
• Support the preparation of review of First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, either received from suppliers or prepared for the customer.
• Assist with and/or administer relative training to Tampa Microwave employees and related aspects of On-the-Job (OJT) and procedural training.
• Comply with established safety and housekeeping practices.
• Follow TM business ethics and appropriate behavior.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.

What Sets You Apart:

• Working knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
• Fluent in English language - written and oral.

Additional Information:

• Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check

• Must be able to lift objects of up to 25 lbs.
