Class A Driver Paid Training Home Every 2 Weeks
This paid Class A training position is built for new CDL holders who want to move quickly into solo driving. Get structured mentor training, consistent miles, and reliable pay with a predictable home time schedule.
What the Program Offers
- Paid mentor training lasting 4 to 6 weeks.
- Weekly pay during the entire training phase.
- $300 orientation pay on the first paycheck.

Earnings After Upgrade
- Mileage pay from $0.56 to $0.64 CPM.
- Average weekly solo pay around $1,300.
- Weekly miles typically range from 1,600 to 2,200.
- All freight is no touch with strong drop and hook volume.
Home Time and Schedule
- Drivers stay on the road while training.
- Once upgraded, home every 14 days for two full days off.
- Routes and dispatch are planned in advance.

Minimum Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 21 years of age.

- Stable work history with minimal gaps.
