Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Operations to oversee and manage operations across their healthcare network, which includes a surgical center and diagnostic center. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple clinics, including a surgical center and diagnostic center.
• Develop and implement operational processes to enhance patient care, efficiency, and profitability.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance for the network.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Drive patient experience initiatives and operational improvements across the network.
• Work closely with executive leadership to identify and execute business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, particularly within multispecialty clinics, surgical centers, or diagnostic centers.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in South Florida.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred .
• Proven track record of managing large, complex healthcare operations.
• Experience with financial management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : $225,000 per year
• Benefits : Full benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
