Road Service Technician

Road Service Technician *No Weekends

Pay: $28–$39/hour DOE + Overtime + Monthly Bonuses

Schedule: Regular business hours with on-call rotation

FleetPride is seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to handle lot repairs and Emergency Road Service (ERS) using a company-provided service truck. This is a great opportunity for a confident, well-rounded technician looking for strong pay, stability, and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of diesel technician experience on all makes and models.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills in:
  • Engines & transmissions
  • Air brake systems
  • Electrical & laptop diagnostics
  • ABS systems (Bendix, Wabco, Haldex)
• Experience using OEM diagnostic software including:
  Cummins Insite, Detroit DL8, International NED/DLB, CAT ET, Tech Tool, DAVIE, IDSS, Allison, Eaton Service Ranger.
• Hydraulics experience on refuse trucks, dump trucks, and roll-offs.
• Ability to perform valve adjustments on:
  CAT, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Volvo, Mack, International, PACCAR engines.
• Safety-minded, efficient work habits.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• CDL a plus, not required.
