Compensation & Benefits:
- $400,000 guaranteed base (2 years)
- Production bonus
- No unassigned call
- $25,000 Welcome bonus + relocation allowance
- Administrative stipend
- Full malpractice coverage (including NICA & tail)
- Generous PTO + paid CME days
