Full-Time | M-F, core hours 8AM-6PM
Growing healthcare/wellness office is hiring a high-energy Office Scheduler / Receptionist to support high-volume scheduling, patient communication, phones, and daily front office flow.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, fast-paced, type-A, and comfortable managing a busy schedule while providing great patient service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
- Answer inbound calls and handle patient communication
- Support check-in, intake, records, and administrative tasks
- Help keep the front office organized and moving efficiently
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
- Long-term, learn basic chiropractic therapy support
Requirements:
- 1+ year of high-volume scheduling experience
- Strong phone presence and customer service skills
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Healthcare, dental, chiropractic, therapy, or medical office experience preferred
- Leadership/shift lead experience is a plus
