In this role, you will work alongside experienced advisors to support clients throughout their experience by providing exceptional customer service, managing communications, and ensuring all details are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support while assisting assigned advisors
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate schedules, confirmations, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Monitor and manage client requests to ensure timely resolution
- Deliver clear and consistent communication throughout the client experience
- Assist with administrative tasks and coordination as needed
