As part of our Vehicle Exchange Department, you'll play a key role in enhancing customer experience while helping our clients discover exciting upgrade opportunities. This is more than a sales job — it’s a chance to be a trusted advisor and help people get into a newer, safer, and better-equipped vehicle. What You’ll Do:

• Engage with every service customer in our dealership with confidence and professionalism
• Initiate personalized conversations about upgrading their current vehicle
• Educate clients on current offers, incentives, and vehicle options that meet their needs
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey
• Maintain detailed follow-ups and build strong relationships that lead to long-term satisfaction

• A confident communicator with an outgoing personality and genuine interest in helping people
• A self-starter who isn’t afraid to start conversations and ask the right questions
• Organized, professional, and reliable with a high sense of integrity
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus — sales or service experience preferred

Requirements

• Drug Testing & Background Check is Required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to persuasively communicate with customers to set appointments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Capable of working at a high pace in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
